Offside is an agency for human connection. We design formats & offline experiences. Focused on community, connection, clarity, nature and real human-to-human moments.
On the B2B side, we create team retreats and company offsites for groups of 10 to 200 people, focused on culture, wellbeing and real collaboration. On the B2C side, we host raw, offline experiences in nature with changing topics and co-creators. No distractions. No noise. Just presence.
Food plays a central role in both worlds. We work with creative minds who want to build experiences that don’t exist yet. Food is not standardized. It evolves with the place, the people and the moment itself.
We are looking for freelance chefs who take full ownership of the culinary experience. You don’t just cook. You shape moments. You understand how food influences energy, connection, and atmosphere within a group.
From menu design to execution, you create meals that feel aligned with the setting, the people and the intention of the experience.
