On the B2B side, we create team retreats and company offsites for groups of 10 to 200 people, focused on culture, wellbeing and real collaboration.
On the B2C side, we host raw, offline experiences in nature with changing topics and co-creators. No distractions. No noise. Just presence.
We work with creative minds who want to build experiences that don’t exist yet. Our focus is real moments, real connection and how these are captured and shared.
We are looking for a freelance Photo & Video Creator who captures what actually happens. You don’t just document. You tell stories. You understand that the essence of Offside is not aesthetics alone, but human connection. If you are drawn to raw, real moments and want to translate them into strong visual storytelling, this role is for you.
