Offside is an agency for human connection. We design formats & offline experiences. Focused on community, connection, clarity, nature and real human-to-human moments.
On the B2B side, we create team retreats and company offsites for groups of 10 to 200 people, focused on culture, wellbeing and real collaboration.
On the B2C side, we host raw, offline experiences in nature with changing topics and co-creators. No distractions. No noise. Just presence.
We work with creative minds who want to build experiences that don’t exist yet. Our challenge is to translate these moments into clear, strong communication.
We are looking for a freelance Social Media Expert who takes ownership of how Offside shows up online. You don’t just post content. You shape perception. You understand how to translate real experiences into clear, compelling narratives. If you are excited to build something from the ground up and create content that feels real, not staged or KI, this role is for you.
